Spicy Wet Kwetiau Ingredients:

400 gr (2 dishes) wet kwetiaw
2 eggs, scrambled
250 gr beef, boiled, thinly sliced
1 pack of Choy, cut into pieces
1 leek stalk, sliced
1 tomato, divide 4
5 beef meatballs, sliced
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
Oil for sauteing
600 cc beef broth (used to boil meat)
2 limes
1 tablespoon sugar
Pepper is fine, salt to taste

Blended Spices:

8 cloves of shallot
5 cloves of garlic
4 large red chilies
1 tomato
15-20 red chillies

Complement:

fried shallots and pickles

How to cook:

  1. Saute ground spices until fragrant, after fragrant add meat, meatballs, and scrambled eggs. Stir until even.
  2. Enter the broth, bring to a boil. After boiling add kwetiaw, Pok Choy, tomatoes, and scallions. Add fish sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and refined pepper.
  3. Cook until the vegetables wilt, taste, and correct the taste.
  4. Turn off the heat, add the lime juice. Serve while still hot with complementary ingredients.
