Western Digital Launches My Passport Studio 2 TB for Mac

On October 2011, Western Digital (WD) launches My Passport Studio For Mac with a capacity of 1 TB in my country, and now WD again presents 2 TB capacity options, after some time and then bring the same capacity for PC.

Storage Media My Passport Studio comes with a design similar to the previous capacity, maintaining an elegant look with sturdy metal casing and scratch-resistant. This portable hard drive can hold approximately 400,000 photos, 240 hours of video or 500,000 songs, and appropriate to complete user MacBook Pro or MacBook Air.

My Passport Studio for Mac has a USB 2.0 port, two FireWire 800 ports capable of delivering high performance for creative professionals, photographers, videographer, or an artist. Dual FireWire ports provide upload speeds and transfer rates, and allows Mac users to add drives or other peripherals.

My Passport Studio also features hardware-based encryption and password protection software. My Passport Studio 2 TB for Mac comes with a price of about $249.
