Good evening, this afternoon is so delicious to eat Bogor noodle soup. Bogor noodle soup is one of the foods that are suitable to eat when the weather is hot or cold when it rains. Fresh soup, spicy and sour soup is very delicious to be served while still hot. Next, I will share my Soto Noodle recipe.
Main Ingredients:
500 gr of meat with tetelan (bones with a bit of adhering meat)

5 kaffir lime leaves
2 lemongrass stems, bruised

Vermicelli Spring Roll Ingredients:
5 pieces of spring roll skin ready to use
50 gr of vermicelli, pour hot water

2 cloves of garlic
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
1 red onion, sliced ​​1 cm

2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to make Bogor Noodle Soup:
- Boil water, add meat, bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass. Boil the meat until it stiffens, lift it, cut it, put it back into the cooking water, bring it to a boil again.
- Heat the oil, saute the spices until fragrant, put in the boiling water, add salt, sugar, leeks, cook until the meat is tender and the spices are soaking. Remove and serve.
